I hold and nurture the boundaries between human and non human worlds with a gentle practice of listening and watching, feeling deep within my depths of the inner and outer landscape,   My essence is kindness, tender connection, empowerment,  love and compassionate integration. 

 As a Celebrant, Somatic movement therapist, Mentor, Teacher, Holding Grief Circles. 

I draw on the threads of my experience with the philosophy, Archetypes, neuroscience, kindness, gratitude and heart . Bridging between cultures and connecting is something I value sharing and our sameness as humans in unity, honouring our differences. 

Weaving our sense of belonging in humanity. Honouring the celestial, spirit of these lands scared spaces as well as those within ourselves. Inviting remembering. 

My own experience  was filled with a mix of challenges from utter loss and despair, to infinite joy and gratitude., including for many years working cooperate and holistic. Which was, at the beginning,  interesting to navigate. 

In all of my offerings my connection to landscape is gently woven and entwined  to deepen and support the healing of ourselves, our Ancestors and of these lands. holding  the rites that have been lost, reclaiming  what we have given away and what has been taken from us. 

I find myself in awe at times experiencing the immersion of humanity in natures soul, an incredible alchemy of vulnerability and strength that can welcoming the flow of passion and grief in its dance of simplicity.
